Kitchen renovation
It is probably an understatement that everybody underestimates the work and time involved in a renovation. We were no different. Since we moved into our house we said that we would renovate the kitchen immediately. Now one whole year down the track it is finally finished.
In hint sight I say that we spent far too much time in deciding colours, lay out and material, but he what the heck; look what a fantastic result we created.
The real estate agent would
quote that; "The kitchen is the heart of the home and that a welcoming,
warm and modern kitchen is an overwhelming factor in the decision to buy
one house over another."
