A day of Golf
The Auckland winters cannot be compared with a Dutch winter. August is similar to February in the Northern Hemisphere, but you won't have weeks of 18 degrees in Europe. On one of the August weekends Paul and Jenekke invited us for a day of golf. We drove to Mangawhai for a day on the golf course and the sea.
To tell the truth, we are no golf naturals, but that doesn't stop the fun!
Most of NZ golf courses are in beautiful locations and just going around them
is like a day out with great views.
